You must be the owner or renter of the property in order to have the authority to ask it to be cleared. Common land/property cannot be cleared as the rightful owner must provide permission.
A Property Clearing takes a few days to prepare after you provide a few specific details so your property can be located in the Akashic records. A 20 minute call will be scheduled to advise of the blocks and restrictions that may have been part of the properties energy pattern. The clearing will have been completed prior to this meeting but the clearing will only take effect once your intention is set for it to be cleared.
